The European four-way flat pallet made of wood and without a body has for decades been one of the most important cargo transport elements in the European economic cycle. The main advantages of the Euro pallet are its four-way design and its ease of exchange. It can be picked up and transported with a forklift or a jacklift from all four sides. The exchangeability of this load carrier, which is accepted throughout Europe, is the prerequisite for the open pool PAKi has maintained for years. The Euro pallet is subject to the provisions of the European pallet pool, and thus subject to clear labelling regulations. The EPAL (European Pallet Organization) continuously monitors compliance with established quality standards.
