After the data recorded on the voucher has been submitted to PAKi, the desired quantity and quality of load carriers can be picked up at any of the 10,000 pooling stations across Europe.

In-business distribution centres ensure more efficient management of empty stock. Collection is ordered by the customer and PAKi arranges bundled collection. This allows intermediate use, e.g. on consignment, and also enables us to guarantee supply during peak periods, so you don’t need to purchase extra units. The PAKi-voucher is automatically processed by our computer system and makes a wide range of solutions available to the user. A special flow plan is created, tailored to meet the customer’s requirements.  This can take the form of a simple hand-written form with a carbon copy, which can be sent to PAKi by fax for input into the system, a digital pen or a pdf form which can be filled in on-screen, so that data can be sent to PAKi automatically in electronic format. Getting an electronic signature is not a problem with the PAKi solution either, thanks to PAKi’s Signature-PAD.
